Diagnosis and repairs any issue with on-site machinery such as ticket jams, broken gate arms, etc. Service Responsibility: • Always smile and be pleasant • Guest satisfaction assurance. Experience: • Must have strong computer skills • Previous experience as concierge, host or hostess, or other customer service experience • Worked with Excel spreadsheets Communication: • Demonstrated verbal communication through the English language • Bilingual a plus Qualification: • Proficient in Excel and Word • Pass criminal background record search • Must be at least 18 years of age Benefits: AmeriPark offers a benefit package with access to medical, dental, and vision plans.
