Job Details Requisition Number The Woodlands Mall Holiday Shuttle Cart Driver Post Date 11/13/2014 Title Shutte Driver Position Type Seasonal City Houston State TX Description AmeriPark is currently looking for Holiday Shuttle Drivers to help maintain our nationally recognized service and hospitality reputation, delivering guests and their belongings to and from their vehicles in a “golf cart” shuttle. We are seeking an energetic, professional and outgoing person to ensure our guests are truly served in a tangible way, seeking out guests who are parked far enough from the nearest mall entrance to offer them a quick ride in your shuttle cart. This is a great opportunity for holiday work with the opportunity to earn cash tips on top of a competitive hourly pay. We are currently hiring for this position and you MUST complete an application to be considered. What we need from you to be considered in joining our team is simple: a) a valid driver license b) you must have a clean driving record with 1 or less ticket in the past 3 years c) you must be at least 19 years of age d) you must be fluent in English e) you must have excellent guest skills and a friendly demeanor f) you must be willing to serve guests with warm, friendly, caring interactions Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. • Be aware of potential passengers at all times, seeking to serve anyone requesting a ride • Be helpful, approachable and outgoing toward all guests and potential guests. • Keep track of the number of passengers per hour on your clipboard • Required to work during peak holiday times; Weekends and Christmas week. • Required to have good communication skills in dealing with customers • Required to have a general understanding of the location to take guests where they are headed • Required to strictly follow safety guidelines • Required to immediately report any accidents, claims or otherwise having to do with the carry car. • Responsible for the care of their vehicles while on shift. • Maintaining a gossip-free work environment is an essential function of this job. • Entering and exiting vehicle frequently throughout the day Work Environment While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions and varying passengers. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles of vehicles in the parking lot. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to low.
