Currently accepting applications for Spring & Summer 2018.

Externs will be exposed to the professional kitchens and will be rotated in 6-week periods throughout the diverse restaurants within the company. Externs will work in all areas of the pastry and bake shop environment and receive guidance from the Pastry Chef and management team. Knowledge and experience will be gained in areas such as knife skills; ala carte service; buffet and banquet service; menu planning; ice creams and sorbets; bread baking; chocolate work; plate design and presentation and other aspects of the patisserie field. Hours and schedules will vary throughout a seven-day work week.  Candidate will rotate through various duties in each of our outlets as scheduled to gain optimum training opportunities. ($10.00 to $10.50 per hour)


  • Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.
  • Able to stand, twist, bend, push, pull, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis for periods of up to 10 hours a day.
  • Able to work effectively in a kitchen environment with occasional extremes in temperature (heat, cold, humidity) for an extended period of time.
  • Must be currntly enrolled or a recent graduate of a culinary/pastry degree program.
