Title Digital Optimization Manager

Description K12 is seeking a creative, driven and passionate individual to fill a key role in the Digital Marketing team. This position will play a critical role in creating an excellent digital customer experience across all the company’s digital properties in order to achieve higher customer web satisfaction and increase target conversion metrics by designing, managing and implementing a rigorous testing and optimization program.

The Digital Testing and Optimization Manager has to understand high-level business needs, gather, analyze and interpret web reporting data, and drive a testing and optimization program that generates measureable and significant results visible across the company. This position will work closely on a daily basis with the UX designer, digital visual designer, front-end developer, and analytics manager to conceive, execute and measure the testing and optimization program to improve digital engagement. The Digital Testing and Optimization Manager will be responsible for gathering key insights through testing, communicating them across and up the organization, and achieving buy-in from key business stakeholders. This position demands someone who is a self-starter, curious, detail oriented and always strives to find room for improvement.

• Lead the entire digital Testing and Optimization program through the full lifecycle from gathering requirements and understanding business needs, to research, planning, execution, analysis and rollout.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather A/B test requirements, and define success metrics.
• Work with other digital team members to gather necessary data, and develop viable solutions.
• Set the Testing and Optimization testing plan by prioritizing all testing needs and communicating with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Develop hypothesis-driven approaches designed to maximize performance of on-site marketing assets.
• Work with developers or external agency to setup testing campaigns that meet design specifications and other requirements.
• Collaborate with the Digital Analytics Manager pre/post testing to define test design measurement, and interpret test results that lead to key insights and actionable improvements.
• Maintain a record of testing insights for the organization to build upon, and communicate learnings across the organization.
• Present findings to key stakeholders to achieve understand and buy-in before committing permanent changes to the digital properties.
Requirements • Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years' digital marketing experience with at least 3 years' experience optimizing web sites, landing pages and purchase flows
• Deep knowledge of and experience with A/B, Multivariate Testing, and related techniques
• Experience with Maxymiser or similar tools (Adobe Target, Monetate, Optimizely, etc.)
• Master of web analytics and experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or comparable web analytics tool.

• Strong relationship building and problem solving skills
• Strong computer proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to multi-task, work under firm deadlines and within a rapidly changing environment

• Experience at an e-commerce website or online retailer preferred.
• Familiarity with content management systems and platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager
