Summit Medical Group has an immediate opening for an experienced Executive Assistant to perform extensive administrative duties and Project Management and or Marketing responsibilities.

Working hours are flexible, Monday - Friday.


EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: (List does not include all duties assigned)

  • Performs administrative duties, which may include correspondence and reports and disseminating information to appropriate recipients.
  • Prepares agendas and needed resources for meetings, attends and coordinates meetings as requested. Transcribes and/or processes minutes.
  • Maintains calendar of appointments, conferences, seminars, and meetings via Microsoft Outlook.  Makes travel arrangements if necessary.
  • Receives and assists visitors, vendors, telephone callers and print/email correspondence, responding and prioritizing appropriately.
  • Monitors current project status for assigned supervisor(s) and division.
  • Assists supervisor(s) with special projects.
  • Assists in research and preparing market reports, marketing and communication materials.
  • Administers customer service surveys, manages customer satisfaction initiatives and assembles customer satisfaction reports.
  • Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory.
  • Exhibits good customer service skills.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality.
  • Performs related work as assigned.
  • Maintains inventory and reorders materials as needed.
  • Manages and tracks multiple projects.
  • Synthesize and update monthly analytic reports.

EDUCATION:  High School Diploma or equivalent required. Further education (some college, associate or bachelor degree) strongly desired.

 EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in Microsoft Office and Excel required. Experience in health care organization preferred. Experience in the medical field, project management, and or marketing are stongly preferred.
