Requirements Macmillan Learning is seeking an individual who will be a key member of the Sales Operations team supporting our rapidly expanding Institutional Sales team. Responsibilities of the Sales Administration Coordinator will include: providing administrative support to the Executive VP of Institutional, High School and Inside Sales, coordinating travel and meetings, and assisting with marketing campaigns, lead qualification, and research projects. This individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and organizational skills. The Sales Administration Coordinator should be highly motivated, collaborative and enthusiastic, and work well with minimal supervision.

Major Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support including but not limited to travel arrangements, itineraries, expense reports, correspondence, and scheduling.
• Assist Executive Management and Sales Operations Manager with projects, planning and execution of meetings.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for Board and Executive Management meetings.
• Manage various resources under the direction of Executive Management and Sales Operations Manager including but not limited to lead forms, business plans, and sales channel logs.
• Create, store and revise documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google tools.
• Coordinate with supervisors and others regarding correspondence.
• Organize, coordinate, prioritize tasks and complete essential job duties and responsibilities by producing a quality work output
• Conduct various research projects as assigned by Executive Management and Sales Operations Manager.
• Positively represents Macmillan Learning to internal and external customers, vendors and agents.
• Ensures that Sales department needs and requests are evaluated and met in a timely fashion and/or forwarded to the appropriate Macmillan Learning staff member quickly and accurately



Required Skills / Knowledge:
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft office (word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google based apps (Mail, Drive, Sheets, Forms etc.).
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
• High degree of professionalism and a thorough understanding of confidentiality.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as well as with some autonomy.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Flexibility; ability to adjust to change.



Experience Needed:
• 2+ years office/administrative experience
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive
• Salesforce.com experience preferred

Educational Background Required:
• High School degree or equivalent. College degree is preferred, but not required.
