The Program Manager, Statistics acquires, develops, and manages the creation and publication of valuable resources in Statistics that support teaching and learning. Instructors and students use these resources to enrich the learning experience and facilitate
the teaching process. In addition, the program manager is expected to manage major projects and relationships independently, including financial and marketing efforts, as well as working closely with other components of the organization. The program manager
is responsible for signing and managing Statistic authors; making revision and development decisions; coordinating all phases in an assigned project’s life cycle; managing the financials on a project-by-project basis; and supporting projects through collaboration
with other divisions, including the sales force and marketing, and traveling in support of individual projects. The program manager also plays a key role in sales training and presentations.
