Requirements The Digital Initiatives Coordinator is responsible for supporting, coordinating, and facilitating Macmillan Learning (ML) Digital & Institutional Sales Initiatives, including but not limited to Inclusive Access (IA). A large portion of the position is to support the Digital Initiatives Specialist(s) and Sales Operations Manager with the administrative and operational tasks necessary to ensure on time and accurate fulfillment of IA adoptions.

Responsibilities:

Support the Digital Initiatives Specialist(s) and Sales Operations Manager with
● Tracking IA adoptions and forecasting expected revenue
● Ensuring data accuracy of IA requests and SFDC data
● Processing access code requests via JIRA, testing, and delivering codes
● Tracking and processing Census data
● Setting up and tracking auto-enrollment documents
● Requesting looseleaf and special pricing ISBNs
● Quoting pricing
● Facilitating billing questions and confirming POs to adoptions
● Understand current IA process to be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision and be able to suggest and implement process improvements to adjust for changing market conditions, products, internal needs and evolving processes of integrations and IA service providers.
● Works with Business Systems, Product, etc. to evaluate and test new processes.
● Communicate effectively and efficiently internally with sales reps, specialists and regional managers, and externally with Inclusive Access service providers and bookstore contacts.

Skills/Experience Required:

Must have 2-3 years of sales administration experience.

Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail, be able to learn quickly, and multi-task and prioritize with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Must have the ability to adjust to changes within organization and responsibilities quickly, be highly organized and customer focused with project management and planning skills. Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles, prioritizes effectively with a willingness to make decisions.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail/Google applications and Salesforce.com

Education Requirements: Associates Degree or Higher
