We're hiring superstar students like you to work part-time with Macmillan Learning to help other students on campus do well in their courses. Ambassadors are university and community college students who help train faculty and students on Macmillan Learning digital learning platforms. Student Ambassadors will earn valuable career experience while playing a key role in helping your fellow students succeed in their courses. And you’ll have fun too!
Requirements Major Responsibilities:

Macmillan Learning is not an ordinary learning company, and this is not a typical 9-5 gig! As a Macmillan Learning Student Ambassador, you will make a difference on your campus by:
• Delivering presentations about Macmillan Learning solutions to faculty and students
• Helping fellow students maximize Macmillan Learning products
• Hosting campus events
• Attending professional development events put on by Macmillan Learning team members
• Sharing your ideas via blogs and vlogs for the world to see!

Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at University of Kentucky
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Ability to commit to the program for at least 1 full school year (August 2019 - May 2020)
• Must complete a writing sample at time of request
• Must work with the Macmillan Learning team for at least 3-5 hours per week
• Exemplary writing skills; Excellent oral communication ability
• Enthusiastic and outgoing
• Recognized leader amongst instructors and students
• At least 1 term of experience with Macmillan Learning digital products such as iClicker, Launchpad, Sapling, and Achieve highly preferred
• Responsible—ability to independently manage projects and presentations
• Proven experience utilizing social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
