Purpose of the Role:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) covers a wide range of HR responsibilities, outside of benefits, for the Macmillan Learning division, including ensuring legal compliance and assisting with employee relations and performance management. The HRBP will serve
as a liaison for managers and department heads in the business units s/he supports, offering HR process guidance and assistance.
